04 Apr 2006: Technicon 23 is over! Many thanks to everyone who joined us this year. We hope you had a wonderful time at the convention, and look forward to seeing you again for Technicon 24. Our new website will be in place soon.

28 Mar 2006: It's ready! The Technicon 23 programming schedule is ready to download! Get your copy here and plan your weekend! And of course, our text-based schedule still contains the detailed descriptions of all our events.
27 Mar 2006: It's Almost Here! Technicon is right around the corner! Tomorrow we'll post a copy of our complete programming grid, showing all events at once for you to plan your weekend. Of course, our online schedule is available and contains all the details about every event taking place throughout the weekend. We've updated it to include schedules for everything! Video room, Anime, Children's Programming, and Gaming have all been added, with detailed descriptions of all activities! Check back tomorrow for your side-by-side grid.

01 Mar 2006: April Yules Dance! Whether you're Waltzing with Wizards or Moshing with Elves, bring your best cloak, cape or dress and spend the Eve at the Technicon April Yules Dance. Wands, water, and Bertie Botts Beans provided!
28 Feb 2006: Pre-Registration Deadline Looming! Pre-Registration will close on Friday, March 3rd. Beat the crowds at the registration desk, and register online now with your credit card. Otherwise, get your registration form in the mail as soon as possible!
22 Feb 2006: Masquerade paperwork is now available! Download the Masquerade Packet to enter your costume into our competition. All the rules and information are included.
21 Feb 2006: White Elephant Auction paperwork is now available. Just download the Auction Packet to fill out, and submit your items for auction! Never heard of a White Elephant Auction? Click here to find out more.
15 Feb 2006: A little hotel update! Just to let you know, the Ramada has finished their remodeling project since last year. Most rooms have remodeled bathrooms. The roof is finished, so no more flying foam! Also, free wireless internet access is now available in every room. Our room block expires on March 1st, and prices will go up after that date, so make your reservations early!

11 Feb 2006: More Updates! Our guests page has been updated with biograpies and photos of our most recently added guests, and the Appalachian Gothic press release has been added. Our schedule is filling up with programming, so remember to check it regularly for changes. Have an idea for a program you would like to host at Technicon? 07 Feb 2006: New Guests! Technicon is pleased to announce two new guests joining us this year. Local author Danny Adams and local independent film director Jerry Conner will be joining our guest list for the upcoming convention. The webmaster is swamped right now, but promises he'll post their biographies as soon as possible!

21 Jan 2006: Holy Updates, Batman! That's right, it's Spring Semester, and our staff is back and ready to host a convention. The website is filling up with information, just use the navigation links on the left to view what we have available, including flyers you can hand out, forms to be filled out, and more detailed information on our Guests of Honor. As we get closer, we'll be updating the programming schedule, so keep checking back!
