While the majority of programming will be held on campus this year, Technicon's hotel will be back to the Microtel Inn & Suites in Christiansburg. The Microtel is about 7 miles (12 minutes) down Rt. 460 and has free wireless and great rates.

To make reservations, call the hotel at 540 381 0500, and ask for the 'Technicon Room Block' up front. If you just ask for the date, they may you they're full. You must ask for the Technicon Room Block at the beginning of your call. You cannot get the group rate on the website, and you'll get best results from the local number. Note that even after the block releases, you should be able to get the rates below by mentioning Technicon.

• Double (2x queen): $59.95 + 12% tax
• Suite (1x queen & 1x sofabed, has sink, fridge, microwave): $69.95 + 12% tax
